Faye MaloneyKickboxing, Dance and Personal Training

Faye is no stranger to intensive physical training. From the age of 3 till 16 she was training intensively in all aspects of ballet, jazz and tap dance. From a family of dance instructors expectations were naturally high and Faye excelled in dance, winning numerous national competitions – British Modern and Jazz Championships, Tap and Ballet Northern Championships – during her early teens. However, it was not until after she arrived in London that she found her real passion: Kickboxing.

Bringing her unique background to Martial Arts, she took her skill and understanding in physical movement, core strength, rhythm, flexibility and balance into the Kickboxing system. Drawn to the freedom of movement in the style, inspired by the positive energy of the classes and the depth of Sensei Dwyer Evelyn's teaching (Physical Arts Dojo) Faye reveled in learning the discipline of the Art. From the challenges of learning the techniques of the Kickboxing fighting system to the cardiovascular fitness & strength training required to fight Faye has worked to master her Art. She has also found an outlet for her other natural passion: to teach and inspire others.
